We always do our best to provide you with the highest in quality products and services. Please follow these instructions if you have issues with anything purchased from us.Once you receive your merchandise, please remove inner packages from outer case and inspect your items carefully, check the color and size that you ordered. This can be done without opening the package. Keep all packaging material until you have assessed that there is no reason for a return. If you wish to return any items, please follow the guidelines below:You must contact our office at 914-969-8888 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 10 days of the receipt of your goods. No credit will be issued to any customer who sends back merchandise without prior authorization.Once you receive your RMA, you must ship your items back in their original, unopened inner packaging.Merchandise should not have been opened or worn and in its original packaging, if determined upon inspection of the return, credit will not be given.All original packaging material and packing slip with RMA number clearly written on the packing slip should be enclosed in the return.A 20% restocking fee will be placed on all return orders.Merchandise that has been customized or altered to your order is not refundable.Shipping and handling charges on the original order are not refundable and shipping charges back to us is not reimbursable.No COD shipping charges will be accepted, all items should be shipped freight prepaid.Any items sent as samples are not refundable for credit.RMA numbers need to be clearly marked on the outside of each box.Credits will be processed within 5 days of receipt of goods.Claims of shortages and general terms of sale:You must contact us within 3 days of your order receipt if you did not receive all items on your packing slip. SmoothUSA cannot be held responsible for customers who order the wrong product, its size, color or otherwise. SmoothUSA cannot refund or exchange any of its items that have been personalized, imprinted or customized for you. Cancellation of orders are subject to the same terms and conditions of our refund policy.
